Served as a senior executive including President and CEO of several life and health insurance companies-directed successful turnarounds. Extensive experience negotiating and drafting reinsurance treaties, working with MGUs, TPAs and participating in reinsurance pools.
Served as a Board Member of American Council of Life Insurers, ACLI Forum 500, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (Finance and Personnel Committees), American Disability Reinsurance Underwriting Syndicate (a reinsurance pool manager), Anchor Pacific Underwriters (M & A Committee) and Innovus, LLC (a workers comp joint venture between BSC and TIG) Served on the HIAA Group Insurance Committee, ACLI Group Insurance Committee and LIMRA Group Insurance and Pension Committee.
