Biography
Claims consultant and former insurance and reinsurance company senior executive with significant experience in casualty lines of business including Worker's Compensation, Commercial Automobile, Medical Malpractice and other professional including Architects and Engineers and E&O/D&O.
Have extensive experience auditing and managing third party administrators. Created and managed environmental unit at former company to handle large and newly acquired book of asbestos and environmental losses.
Have knowledge of and experience working in London Market. Have performed claims reviews at both London Companies and Lloyd's Syndicates.
Have been retained as expert witness on ECO matter and an arbitration involving black car business.
Have performed numerous pre-binding, active and run-off claims reviews as both claims executive and reinsurance consultant.
Have performed numerous due diligence claims reviews involving potential acquisitions of both companies and loss portfolios.
Have participated in the analysis and negotiation of both assumed and ceded commutations.
