Welcome to the ARIAS·U.S. Online Education Center, the facility that offers the ARIAS·U.S. Ethics Training Course. The course provides you with an interactive method for focusing on ethics issues within the practice of reinsurance arbitration and guides you through alternatives for analyzing and deciding sometimes complex ethics dilemmas.

Arbitration, by its nature, requires that all parties to the process conduct themselves at the highest level of honesty and fairness, and that the arbitrators, in particular, exercise impartial, sound judgment and conduct themselves with complete integrity. The continued viability of arbitration to resolve industry disputes largely depends on the quality of the arbitrators, their understanding of complex issues, their good judgment and their personal and professional integrity. ARIAS·U.S. is dedicated to helping arbitrators improve those qualities and skills.

The course that you will take here will help you to deal with ethical issues when they arise and to resolve them in the most fair and responsible manner. Once you have entered and paid the registration fee, you will find instructions on how to proceed. The course will require approximately 45 minutes to an hour to complete, though there is no time limit. A full mastery/understanding of the principles/ethical standards is more important than speed.

The fee for this course is $206, including a 3% credit card fee, which you pay by credit card through the secure payment system, as you enter. After you have paid, you will be automatically transferred to the Ethics Training Center, where you will be asked to enter your name and email address, so that the course system can properly monitor your information and be able to provide your certificate of completion.
