The ARIAS•U.S. Forms and Procedures Committee has promulgated a new optional form for the arbitration community. The Alternative Umpire Selection Protocol (Optional Form) is now available for your use in any reinsurance or insurance arbitration and may be found on the ARIAS website under the Dispute Resolution Process tab under ARIAS Forms.
