2020 Spring Conference – Cancelled

On March 15, 2020, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued the recommendation that organizers cancel or postpone in-person events involving 50 people or more throughout the United States for the next 8 weeks due to the swiftly developing public health concerns posed by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

ARIAS has decided to follow the CDC’s guidance, and to cancel the 2020 ARIAS-U.S. Spring Conference out of concern for the well-being of our members and attendees.  We will issue conference fee refunds in the next week for those who were registered.  We are disappointed at this turn of events, but are confident that we are making the correct decision in light of this extraordinary national (and international) emergency. We look forward to seeing you all as soon as circumstances allow.  Look out for more information regarding upcoming online learning opportunities to stay involved.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

In accordance with ARIAS-U.S.’s decision to cancel the 2020 ARIAS-U.S. Spring Conference, the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island has cancelled all room reservations in the ARIAS-U.S. room block. You should have received a cancellation notice for your hotel room, however if you wish to stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island during the conference period the room rate will still be honored. If you did not receive a cancellation notice from the hotel, please call the hotel at 888-239-1217.
