Conference Virtual Platform
Accessing the Conference Platform:
This year, we will be using a virtual platform called Remo for the ARIAS-U.S. Fall Conference. Please see below for information on accessing the platform, as well as an Event Guide for Remo Attendees.
- Log in with this access link through the virtual lobby on your computer or smartphone using Google Chrome (recommended and preferred browser) or Mozilla Firefox. Please do not use Safari, as you will be unable to see the shared screen.
- Sign in using the email address tied to your registration.
- Create an account if it is your first time on the platform and link your LinkedIn URL to help build connections with other attendees.
Make sure you log into the platform at least 10 minutes before the start time. This will allow time to network and/or test your mic and camera are working. Turn both on during networking time to take advantage of all interactive features. From 7:30am – 8:30am ET on November 2nd, the virtual lobby will be open for you to test your camera and microphone, as well as talk to a staff member for any needed technical support.
If your firm or organization has strict firewall settings, please connect with your IT Team as soon as possible to share with them this link for Remo and to provide you with access for the upcoming week.
- Find the “Need Help” button on the lower left-hand corner of your screen to chat with Remo support.
- Visit the ARIAS Staff Table to ask questions
- If you other have issues accessing the platform, please email
email@example.com and/or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Participants can connect with each other at virtual breakout tables, engage one-on-one with other attendees, and move around to join multiple groups and conversations, allowing endless opportunities for connection and networking. Share your personal knowledge and connect with other attendees during virtual breakout tables.
All attendees will receive their conference program onsite, and can also be accessed online here. The conference program includes information about the general and breakout sessions, biographies of all faculty members (speakers, moderators, panelists, presenters, and leaders), floor plans, a list of all attendees, and other announcements. In an effort to go green, the conference program will not contain session materials.
