In just a few days, 200 of your peers and colleagues in the insurance and reinsurance industry will gather both in-person and virtaully for the 2021 ARIAS•U.S. Fall Conference! ARIAS•U.S., the conference co-chairs, and speakers have put together an exciting program for attendees and are excited to share it with attendees!   In preparation for the conference, keep in mind the following:

All of the below information and more will be available to all attendees in the Attendee Resource Center.

Vaccinations, Health & Safety:

ARIAS will continue to keep the membership informed as the situation with the Delta variant changes. However, ARIAS-U.S. will be requiring that attendees of the Fall Conference be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Proof of vaccination (vaccination card or photo of vaccination card) and ID will be required to enter the conference in accordance with New York Guidelines.

Conference Program:
All attendees will receive their conference program onsite, and can also be accessed online here. The conference program includes information about the general and breakout sessions, biographies of all faculty members (speakers, moderators, panelists, presenters, and leaders), floor plans, a list of all attendees, and other announcements. In an effort to go green, the conference program will not contain session materials.

Breakout Sessions:

You will be able to attend your chosen breakout session on-site. If you have not yet selected your breakout session, please do so using this form.

Dress Code: 
The general dress code for the conference is “business casual.” This means that while speakers and panel members may be in business professional attire with a tie or suit jacket, it is not a requirement for attendees. Usually at these conferences, attendees will dress up a bit more for the evening reception. Please be advised that the conference name badges are also part of this dress code and must be worn for all conference functions.

Arrival Information: 
Registration check-in for the conference will begin at 7:30am in the East Corridor on the 2nd Floor on November 2nd. Breakfast is in Rhinelander South Room and will begin at 7:30 a.m., and the opening session is in Sutton North, Center, and South and will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.

Complimentary WiFi will be available in the conference meeting rooms for the duration of the conference. Please note that you will be asked to participate in live polling certain sessions.

Continuing Legal Education Credits

New York & Pennsylvania CLE
ARIAS·U.S. is an accredited provider of New York State Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits will be awarded based on the signature and time provided on the sign-in/sign-out sheets for each session attended. Up to 8 hours of Continuing Legal Education credits are available to conference attendees, and breaks down to: 1 CLE for Ethics, 7 CLE credits for Areas of Professional Practice.

CLE for Other States
A NY CLE Certificate will be provided post conference for attendees seeking credits for other states, which can be submitted to respective CLE Boards for credit.
