Since 1994, ARIAS•U.S. has been the leading not for profit trade association for the insurance and reinsurance industry. Today, ARIAS•U.S. continues to serve its members and those in the reinsurance and insurance arbitration industry, supported by a membership base that includes many leading domestic and international insurers and reinsurers, as well as law and consulting firms that specialize in reinsurance arbitration.

The ARIAS Board of Directors has approved the continuation of the Enhanced Membership Fee Program into 2025 and beyond. The Program works as follows: All Corporate Members are entitled to send up to ten (10) employees (whether linked corporate representatives or not) to each ARIAS educational event at no additional cost (this does NOT include the Spring and Fall Conferences) with the understanding that any ancillary costs, such as lunch, room fees, snacks, etc. are paid by attendees unless sponsored. These events include all programs offered by the ARIAS Education Committee such as webinars, seminars, and workshops. Similarly, Certified Arbitrators pay only $100 for each educational event. On and after July 1, 2025, Certified Arbitrators pay $0 for educational events and only $75 for the Online Ethics Course for recertification.
ARIAS•U.S. publishes a quarterly publication containing current and up-to-date information and articles concerning the insurance/reinsurance industry, filled with news, activity reports, and expert analyses of major arbitration subjects. The Society, through its publication, seeks to inform law firms, corporations, and individuals on the latest issues affecting the practice and procedures of arbitration. The Quarterly is mailed in the US and emailed to all members. Members also have access to issues of the ARIAS•U.S. Quarterly from the inception of the Society.
ARIAS•U.S. members have the opportunity to become an certified arbitrator, umpire, and mediator and be a part of our online professionals search system.
