Cindy Koehler is AIG’s Chief Claims Officer for North America, General Insurance, where she leads North America Claims teams across all product lines.  Cindy has more than 30 years of legal and insurance experience, and joined AIG in March 2019 from XL Catlin, where she was Senior Vice President and Global Practice Leader, Casualty Claims.  Ms. Koehler spent 15 years at Liberty Mutual, where she was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, managing the Complex & Emerging Risks Legal Department.  Prior to that, Cindy was a partner with Morrison Mahoney in Boston, where she tried insurance coverage cases in state and federal Courts.  She is a graduate of Colby College, magna cum laude, and Georgetown University Law Center where she was a Law Fellow.  Ms. Koehler is also a Certified Arbitrator, and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of ARIAS-US.
