Breakout Session | International Arbitrations: Updates From Europe, Bermuda, The Cayman, and the U.S.
Arbitration is not a monolithic, one-size fits all process. This session will focus on recent developments in arbitrations from around the world, highlighting not only substantive decisions but also differences in legal processes and mores. As an added bonus, if you’ve been restricted to the U.S. for the better part of a year, here’s a chance to get a taste of Europe and the Islands.
