Mark Your Calendars!

Be sure to mark your calendar to attend each day’s sessions! Note that all times listed are in Eastern Standard Time.

Review Session Materials

The session materials for the Fall Conference are available on the materials webpage and will also be available for download in the session rooms. Be sure to take a look at them in advance and have them accessible during the relevant sessions.

Breakout session assignments will be shared before the event, so be sure to continue checking your email regularly over the conference dates.

Please note that all networking and breakout sessions will be hosted on Zoom.

Be Sure to Attend the Networking Events!

The virtual networking events during the conference are your chance to collaborate with colleagues new and old! Attendees had positive feedback for the Summer Virtual Networking Events and the Spring Seminar, so we are excited to continue to provide an excellent networking experience.

Please note that all networking sand breakout sessions will be hosted on Zoom.

Share Your Experience!

Post your experience on LinkedIn or Twitter using the hashtag #ARIASUS.

Follow ARIAS·US on Twitter and LinkedIn, and join the conversation by participating in our private LinkedIn Group and the LinkedIn Women’s Resource Group!

Look Out for Attendance Checkpoints During the Sessions!

In order to track attendance for conference sessions for CLE credits, there will be 2-3 checkpoints during each conference session. Please submit each of these checkpoints to ensure proper awarding of CLE credit.

Note: In order to receive CLE Credits for general sessions, please return to the Online Classroom platform at the end of the day to submit for credit. Open each session and follow the instructions in the “Credit Submission” tab.

Technical Issues

In the case of any system-wide technical issues, we will send any follow up communications and instructions via email. Please be patient if there are any unexpected issues!

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at info@arias-us.org.
