The ARIAS•U.S. Law Committee will be hosting a webinar focused on significant reinsurance decisions from this past year. This webinar is a must attend for arbitrators, company representatives and outside counsel that want to be up to date on developments in reinsurance and arbitration case law.
Objectives:
- Opportunities for arbitrators, company representatives and/or outside counsel to become educated on recent case law developments relevant to the reinsurance and arbitration community.
- Opportunities for arbitrators, company representatives and/or outside counsel to gain insight on developments in relevant and topical subject matter.
Continuing Education
ARIAS•U.S. Arbitrator Certification:
This webinar is eligible for 1/3 of a credit toward initial certification or renewal. For certification candidates, attendance at three live webinars will provide one credit toward Option C requirements.
