Mediation Committee
The purpose of the Mediation Committee is to actively assist the ARIAS•U.S. Board to expand the reach of the organization by advocating for and sponsoring mediation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism in lieu of or in addition to arbitration.
Time frame/Term of Office: November to November, no term limits currently.
Meeting Occurrence/Frequency: Ad hoc or as needed.
