Webinar Information & Details

Continuing Education

ARIAS•U.S. Certification

Each of the webinars will award 1/3 of a credit toward initial certification or renewal. Therefore, attendees must take three webinars within the two years of their renewal deadline to receive the equivalent of one seminar’s credit. For certification candidates, attendance at three live webinars within two years of the application date will provide one credit towards. Credits will only be offered for participating in live webinars.

Continuing Legal Education

ARIAS•U.S. awards CLE credits on a case by case basis. Information about CLE credits can be found in the description section upon registering for a webinar. For approved webinars, participants will receive a certificate documenting 1.5 contact hours for NY CLE credits within three weeks of the webinar.

Participating in a Webinar

To participate in a webinar, you need a computer with internet connection to view the screen and computer speakers to listen to the audio portion of the program. You also have the option to listen to the audio by calling the number provided in the webinar link provided upon registering.

Group Viewing and Continuing Education Credits

If you have a group of individuals viewing the webinar from one site and want to earn continuing legal education credits, please contact info@arias-us.org at least 48 hours in advance of the webinar to obtain a sign-in sheet for all participants viewing the webinar. In order to receive credit, completed sign-in sheets must be returned to ARIAS•U.S. within one week of viewing the live webinar. Please note that all attendees must be registered to receive credit.
