Reminder – Important Hotel Scam Warning

This is a reminder to watch out for hotel booking scams for the 2026 Fall Conference.

Several “organizations,” including most recently Event Reservations Team confirm@theeventboost.com, are sending emails suggesting that they can provide rooms for the 2026 Fall Conference. These solicitations are unauthorized. These solicitors are called “pirates.” We recommend that you do not provide any information or click on any links. When registration opens later this month, there will be an official link to the Marriott room block. That is the only authorized way to obtain your room.

ARIAS•U.S. has a contract with the New York Marriott Marquis and we have room guarantees that we must meet. This unauthorized solicitation can jeopardize our contract so please ignore the solicitation by third parties without authorization.
