The Umpire Masterclass will take place on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, starting with lunch at 12 noon, with the Masterclass from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This year’s session will focus on managing an effective arbitration. We discuss the umpire’s role in all aspects of the decision-making process and across the phases of a typical industry arbitration.

Some experienced umpires have described the process as reflecting: “Consensus, Compromise, and Consequences.”
