We are kicking off the Future Leaders Committee’s educational programming with a complimentary panel presentation led by expert insurance and reinsurance practitioners from New York, D.C., and London.
The panel will examine key differences between arbitrations in the U.S. and the U.K. and critical issues that commonly arise when litigating disputes in both forums, including different rules and procedure, privilege and confidentiality concerns, stages and administration, arbitrator selection, and more.
CLE credit will be offered. This course is offered at no charge.
The presentation will be followed by a networking reception at Clyde & Co.’s NYC office.

ARIAS•U.S. awards CLE credits on a case by case basis. Information about CLE credits can be found in the description section upon registering for a webinar. For approved webinars, participants will receive a certificate documenting the designated hours for CLE credits after the CLE attestation form is submitted. OnDemand webinars are not eligible for CLE credit.
If you have a group of individuals viewing the webinar from one site and want to earn continuing legal education credits, please contact info@arias-us.org at least 48 hours in advance of the webinar to obtain a sign-in sheet for all participants viewing the webinar. In order to receive credit, completed sign-in sheets must be returned to ARIAS•U.S. within one week of viewing the live webinar. Please note that all attendees must be registered to receive credit.
