The Conference Co-Chairs have developed a great program featuring leading experts, engaging panel discussions, and timely topics that address the most pressing challenges in the industry today. Agenda Outline

The conference kicks off with a keynote panel of esteemed federal judges—The Honorable Nancy Gertner (Ret.), Faith Hochberg (Ret.), Brett Ludwig, and Mary Kay Vyskocil—who will provide their insights and reflections about arbitration. Following this magnificent conference opener, you will hear from a wide-range of industry professionals on diverse topics, including, among other things:

Insurer insolvency;
Evidentiary issues in arbitration;
Key provisions and unique features of life insurance;
New ideas for the arbitration process;
Proposed guidelines for use of AI in arbitration;
Government interest in insurer use of consumer data;

Recent trends in discovery of insurance information in coverage litigation; and

On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, the day before the conference, ARIAS will conduct the Umpire Masterclass and the Women’s Resource Committee will hold its usual event. The Member Services Committee Ambassador Program will take place during the conference.

**Non-members may apply for membership and receive member rates. The Membership Application is available online through the Membership section of the website.

Early Bird and Advanced Registration Deadline:  To qualify for a discounted rate, both registration and payment must be received by ARIAS•U.S. by August 28, 2025 for the Early Bird rate and September 30, 2025 for the Advanced rate. Registrations without payment by these dates will be charged the Regular rate.

The registration fee must be paid in full before an attendee can participate in the conference. A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy
The cutoff date for a refund of the Conference Registration fee is 10/11/2025. Anyone who cancels by 10/12/2025 will receive a refund, less a $200 administrative fee. Notification must be received in writing by 10/11/2025 to info@arias-us.org. Refund will be issued by credit card or check. Failure to cancel by October 17, 2025, will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.

Financial Hardship Policy

As required by the New York, Illinois, and Pennsylvania CLE Boards, if a member of the state’s bar would like to attend an ARIAS•U.S. conference, but finds that he or she would incur a financial hardship by doing so, an application for waiver of the attendance fee may be made to the Board of Directors of ARIAS•U.S. The application will would be held in strict confidence.

 

The New York Marriott Marquis is the headquarters hotel for the 2025 ARIAS·U.S. Fall Conference. We have secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate starting at $389 (excluding taxes and fees).

After registering for the conference, you will receive a link to book your hotel accommodations. Attendees are encouraged to book early, as rooms have historically sold out quickly. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked by October 13, 2025. If you wish to book additional nights (before or after the conference) at The New York Marriott Marquis, you can but room rates will vary.
