The Umpire Master Class will address each aspect of the Umpire process from start to finish. After offering a brief overview, the faculty with address the logistical beginnings of an organizational meeting. The seminar will then delve into managing motion practice and discovery, including ex parte communications, handling misconduct, necessary considerations, resolving privilege disputes, and much more. The seminar will come to a close with a discussion of pre-hearing/hearing issues and considerations.
