ARIAS·U.S. has secured a block of rooms at a reduced rate at the New York Hilton Midtown. You must register for the conference first, then you will be provided the housing link to secure your hotel accommodations. Reduced group rates start at $359.
Rooms under the ARIAS block are on a first-come, first served basis, ending on October 10, 2023. Early registration is encouraged because the hotel block will sell out fast.
Conference Registration Fees:
*Members include designated corporate representatives and individual members.
**Non-members may apply for membership and receive member rates. The Membership Application is available online through the Membership section of the website.
The conference registration fees for the 2023 Fall Conference have been increased to cover the increased costs and expenses passed onto ARIAS from the conference hotel.
Early Bird Registration Deadline: To qualify for an Early Bird registration fee, both the registration and payment must be received by ARIAS•U.S. by the Early Bird deadline of September 25, 2023. If the payment is not received by the Early Bird deadline, the registration will be subject to the Regular registration fee.
Registration Payment Policy and Deadline: Final Conference Registration Deadline: October 30, 2023. The registration payment must be received in full before an attendee may participate in the conference.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:
Cancellation Policy: The cutoff date for a full refund of the Conference Registration fee is October 9, 2023. Anyone who cancels after October 9, 2023, will receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by email to info@arias-us.org. Refunds will be issued by credit card or check. Failure to cancel by October 16, 2023, will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. please contact Larry Schiffer at lschiffer@arias-us.org if you have any questions.
CLE Credit:
NY & PA CLE Credit: ARIAS•U.S. is accredited by the New York State and Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Boards as a provider of CLE training.
IL CLE Credit: CLE Credits for IL are pending.
ARIAS·U.S. Certification: This conference counts towards the ARIAS·U.S. Arbitrator Initial Certification Application and certification renewal requirements.
Financial Hardship Policy
As required by the New York, Illinois, and Pennsylvania CLE Boards, if a member of the state’s bar would like to attend an ARIAS•U.S. conference, but finds that he or she would incur a financial hardship by doing so, an application for waiver of the attendance fee may be made to the Board of Directors of ARIAS•U.S. The application will would be held in strict confidence.
