Biography

John A. Dore has developed his expert witness practice over the past 18 years, following a 30 year underwriting career in the property and casualty insurance business. His expert witness practice has focused on professional liability and directors and officers liability matters. He has represented both policyholders and insurance companies in assisting arbitration panels and trial participants in understanding policy forms and customs and practices in the insurance industry.

Expert witness work has involved disputes between:
• Policyholders and insurance companies
• MGAs and insurance companies
• TPAs and insurance companies
• Reinsurers and insurance companies
