Biography

Keith Kaplan is a senior executive blending a rich run-off, reinsurance, receivership, underwriting and risk management background with strong financial and legal acumen. Prior to Anselma Capital, his experience includes over 15 Years as a Run Off Executive and Chief Reinsurance Officer as well as significant experience as an Underwriting Officer and Risk Manager. Mr. Kaplan maintains C-level contacts at major run-off organizations, intermediaries, ceding companies and reinsurers. His background also includes creating and implementing start up business plans, litigation and claims management, sell side M&A, sell side of Insurance Linked Securities, and service on various corporate and non-profit Boards of Directors.
