Biography

With over 20 years of industry experience, Nancy Braddock Laughlin manages Braddock & Associates, Inc., a Dallas-based consulting firm which focuses on providing process, project management and litigation support for the Insurance and Risk Management industries.

Previously, Ms. Braddock was a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP Ms. Laughlin led numerous large-scale project teams involving high-value litigation projects in the insurance, reinsurance and corporate alternative risk industries. She also supported clients in matters involving process improvement and technology development within various the financial services industries.

Ms. Laughlin’s depth of insurance experience includes: the preparation and negotiation of insurance claims, management of litigation for Arbitration and class action level cases, technology requirements and improvements mapping including verifying quality control, preparation and design of insurance marketing programs and renewals, due diligence work as related to acquisition and divestiture of companies, allocation of insurance premiums, management forecasting and reporting. She has worked with auditors, adjusters, brokers, attorneys and mediators to resolve complex policy and financial claim issues. Ms. Laughlin frequently reports to client senior and mid-level management.
